Salvatore wakes up every morning around 6:30. He starts the day by hand picking the specialties for the restaurant and also bakes his own authentic bread for the day.
Salvatore and Alessandra were both born in
Napoli, Italia. Salvatore was raised in Napoli and as for Alessandra, she came to Los Angeles at the age of 2.
This is a dream come true for Salvatore and Alessandra.
After years of working in the restaurant business they have always wanted to run their own place, they took over Cafe Sole in 2012 and have been going
strong ever since. They have 3 beautiful children Angelo, Gabriella, and Giulia.
Their tasteful pizzas are made Napoletan style. They are known for their long-cooked flavorful risottos, home-made pastas, large salads, tempting fresh fish, meat and poultry dishes cooked just like they do in southern Italy. They also have a few northern specialties, such as osso buco.
Authentic Italian food is their passion and love to make it!
